Brown To Assume Africa Channel Distribution Duties

The Africa Channel Monday announced the appointment of cable veteran Eric Brown as its new executive vice president of affiliate sales.

In his new position, Brown will handle the network’s satellite, cable and telco distribution strategy, as well as manage the affiliate sales organization and its growth, according to Jacob Acrback, president and co-founder of The Africa Channel to whom Brown will report.

 Brown was most recently president of Charter’s Western Division Operations.
