Burger King Corp. announced separate marketing alliances Wednesday with
Nickelodeon and DreamWorks SKG.

The fast-food chain -- already linked with Nickelodeon in a five-year,
category-exclusive deal -- will now expand its promotional 'Kids Meal' and 'Big
Kids Meal' ties with the cable network.

In addition, Burger King will link up with Nick on sponsorship of Nick's
fledgling GAS (Games and Sports) Network and on an unspecified multimarket live
entertainment tour, as well as renewing its sponsorship of Nick's live Kids'
Choice Awards
and a related viewers' guide, Burger King executive vice
president and chief global marketing officer Chris Clouser said in a press
release.

Burger King's linkage with DreamWorks encompasses five animated theatrical
releases, starting with Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron, slated for
Memorial Day weekend in spring 2002.

Moreover, the marketer will get first rights to all future live-action
television, music and home-entertainment properties from the
studio.
