USA Network's spy series Burn Notice built on last week's return, improving in viewership and key adult demos.
Burn Notice set series bests among adults 18 to 49 and adults 25 to 54, recording 2.62 million and 2.85 million of those watchers, respectively, according to Nielsen Media Research data.
The Jan. 29 episode, the second of the show's second half of its sophomore season, improved on the Jan. 22 installment by 6% with both measures.
Last night's installment attracted 5.38 million viewers, 5% more than last week, and just short of the 5.4 million average for the show's second season debut on July 10, 2008.
