Sales were up and net income was in the black for cable gear provider C-COR, according to fiscal fourth quarter numbers posted today.
Net sales for the quarter ending June 30 totaled $72 million, compared to $68.5 million posted for the same quarter last year and $60.4 million collected in the prior quarter.
Similarly, net income rose, totaling $11.5 million compared to a net $5.7 million loss for the fourth quarter 2005. That includes $11.4 million in gains from the sale of trade claims generated by the Adelphia Communications bankruptcy process.
Looking ahead, C-COR projects net sales for the first quarter 2007 now under way to come in between $66 million and $70 million.
