The Cabletelevision Advertising Bureau’s Cable Sales Management Conference
will return to Chicago in spring 2004 for the second consecutive year and the
fourth time in its 10-year history, CAB spokesman Steve Raddock confirmed.
Initially, the CAB had planned for Washington, D.C., as the June 2004 site.
But since "Campaign 2004" ad spending would be finalized by then, CAB executives
opted for the central location of the "Windy City."
