The Cabletelevision Advertising Bureau, working with Booz Allen Hamilton
Inc., has begun surveying its national and local constituencies to determine
'what we should do more of and what we should do less of,' CEO Joseph Ostrow
said.

Ostrow -- who said at the Local Cable Sales Management Conference that the
CAB will be 'more open to your input' -- also reeled off a number of its
products and services before noting that the bureau's local membership probably
doesn't realize 'even 30 percent' of what it does for its members.

The CAB also chose Time Warner Cable president of ad sales Larry Fischer and
ESPN vice president of affiliate ad sales and new business Jeff Siegel as
co-chairs for the 2003 CAB Local confab, set for Chicago May 17 through
19.
