Cable Center Set for Summit

Two-day summit “From Creator to Consumer: Working Together in the Digital World” will be held May 22-23 at The Cable Center in Denver.

The event -- sponsored by A&E Television Networks, Scripps Networks, Reed Business Information (parent company of Multichannel News), Bresnan Communications, Carlsen Resources, Cable Television Laboratories Inc., Comcast Media Center, Food Network and Time Warner Cable’s national division -- will explores “the relationship between new-media technology and consumer behavior, as well as how business models are adapting to the shrinking distribution chain from content creator to end-user.”

From Creator to Consumer is being held in cooperation with the Federal Communications Bar Association and the Denver Telecom Professionals. Registration and other information is available online (www.digitalipsummit.org).
