Cablevision Expands Digital Footprint

Cablevision Systems Corp. said it expects to expand its iO: Interactive
Optimum digital offering to an additional 1 million homes in November.

The MSO expects to have more than 3.3 million digital homes passed by the end
of November.

Cablevision had only signed a paltry 42,600 iO subscribers as of June 30, but
the company will update its digital-subscriber count when it reports
third-quarter earnings Thursday.
