Cablevision Systems Corp. relaunched the broadband content portal (www.OptOnline.net) for its high-speed Optimum Online
service Thursday, mixing Rainbow Media Group Inc. content with material from
Audible, ScreamingMedia, Tribune Media Services and ChoiceRadio.

Cablevision's more than 423,000 Optimum Online subscribers have the choice to
make the portal - which offers video clips, music and gaming applications -
their default home page.

'Our mission is to provide our subscribers with a premium portal experience
that showcases the speed and bandwidth enabled through their cable modem
service,' said Cablevision vice president of high-speed-data products Gemma
Toner.

Users will be able to access video clips of events from Cablevision-owned
Madison Square Garden and Radio City Music Hall; movie trailers from Clearview
Cinemas; news clips from Cablevision's News 12 local news networks; sports
clips; 30 genre-based music radio stations from ChoiceRadio and audio clips from
books provided by Audible.

Content from the Madison Square Garden Network sports networks is also
available, as is fare from American Movie Classics, Bravo and Independent Film
Channel.

Cablevision is offering content providers the opportunity to pitch their
subscription services to Optimum subscribers under a shared revenue scheme,
along with electronic-commerce and advertising options.
