Charter Communications Inc. named JoAnn Cavallaro to the newly created
position of vice president of customer care Monday.
Cavallaro will report to executive VP and chief operating officer Margaret
Bellville. She will guide the development of a comprehensive customer-care
strategy and work with Charter's field organization, according to a company
Cavallaro was most recently a founding partner of DeCava Consulting, a
Boston-based customer-care-consulting firm.
Previously, she was VP of operations for the former MediaOne Group Inc. in
Andover, Mass., and she had worked for the former Century Communications Corp.
