Cedar Point said it cut a deal with Belgian cable operator VOO to deploy its Safari multimedia switching system.

The deal will allow VOO, which is owned by Brutele and ALE Teledis, to use the system to offer telephone services to its 700,000 pay TV and Internet customers in Brussels and Wallonia.

Reseller B.A.S.E. Technologies helped Cedar Point close the deal.
