CSG Systems International Inc. chairman and CEO Neal Hansen will retire in mid-2005, and Hank Bonde has joined the billing and customer-care-solutions vendor as president and chief operating officer.
Hansen will continue to serve on the board of directors and as a consultant to the company.
Bonde comes to CSG from Centerpost Corp., where he was CEO.
