Charter Names Ad Agency

Charter Communications Inc. Wednesday named Cramer-Krasselt/Chicago as its ad
agency to handle advertising, media planning, direct marketing,
customer-relationship programs and new product marketing for its various
advanced broadband services.

Charter -- which reaches 7 million cable subscribers across 20 states --
selected Cramer-Krasselt because 'they showed a real understanding of our
communications needs at both the corporate and field levels,' senior vice
president of marketing Mary Pat Blake said in a prepared
statement.
