Robert A. Quigley has joined Charter Communications Inc. as executive vice president and chief marketing officer.
Quigley had been with Quigley Consulting Group. Prior to that, he was an executive VP at America Online Inc., as well as chief operating officer of AOL’s consumer-marketing division.
“Bob is a leading expert on all aspects of continuity and subscription-based businesses, having expanded acquisition channels and developed sophisticated analytical and modeling tools while at AOL,” Charter CEO Neil Smit said in a prepared statement.
“His extensive marketing, new-product development, strategic and financial-planning experience make him a valuable addition to our senior team,” he added.
