Charter/TWC Merger Shot Clock Re-Started

The FCC last week restarted its informal 180-day shot clock on the Charter/TWC merger proposal.

The clock was stopped Jan 4 for a couple of weeks while the FCC vetted documents it had received over the weeks surrounding the holiday season.

The clock is more an aspirational goal than an official deadline and stoppages are not unusual.
