Chicago to Share PPV Bill with Hall & Oates

Hollywood -- Legendary rock band Chicago will appear on
pay-per-view as part of a July 7 event distributed by Spring Communications.

The event, which will retail for a suggested price of
$19.95, will also feature rock/soul/pop group Hall & Oates, said John Rubey, president
of Spring and executive producer of the event. Both groups are currently touring, and both
have new albums in record stores.

"We're tremendously excited to have developed
this live, special PPV-concert event for Chicago and Hall & Oates fans," Rubey
said, in a prepared statement. "The event will treat fans to a special night of rock,
as well as providing both groups with a wonderful vehicle for more fans to enjoy this
exceptional event."

The event will feature a rare live concert performance. Due
to high production costs, event distributors have recently shied away from offering
live-music shows. But they have not walked away from the genre; through August, the
industry has scheduled more than one-dozen PPV concerts since the beginning of the year.

The event will be distributed via Viewer's Choice, as
well as TVN Entertainment Corp. and U.S. Satellite Broadcasting.
