The Cable Center Wednesday announced the slate of participants for its “Fourth Annual Chinese Executive Media Management Program,” being held at its Denver facility July 10-Aug. 18.
The center described the CEMMP as a six-week annual program to provide Chinese media executives with a thorough understanding of international business standards, management skills and media know-how that can be applied to their country’s cable and telecommunications sectors.
The CEMMP is funded by contributions from the Anna and John J. Sie Foundation.
China Central Television executives attending this year are Jing Chunhan, deputy director, liaison department; Li Feng, deputy director, news center, social-news section; and Wang Minggang, director/chief editor, international department.
From China's State Administration of Radio, Film and Television: Wang Yi, foreign-affairs department; and Yang Guorui, deputy director, finance department.
From the Chinese Ministry of Information Industry, the representative is Du Tingshan, deputy director and senior engineer, radio-regulatory department.
And Guo Xiaoling, program assistant at Encore Asia in Beijing, is the final member of the 2004 class.
