'Chrisley Knows Best' With Dec. 2 Ratings

The Chrisley family bestowed USA Network with an early holiday-season present: the reality series' best performance with the Nielsens to date.

The Dec. 2 premiere of Chrisley Knows Best -- in which Todd and Julie looked for new ways to put the spark back in their relationship, affording Savannah and Chase plenty of time for misadventures --  averaged 1.8 million viewers, including 1 million persons 18 to 49 and adults 25 to 54, according to Nielsen data.

Tacking on viewers for the 11 p.m. encore, the episode connected with 2.4 million watchers, with 1.3 million persons 18 to 49 and 1.4 million of the older demo in tow.

The show's sophomore campaign ends with new installments on Dec. 9 and 16, but there is plenty of other family fare this season. On Sunday, Dec. 14 at 8 p.m., the Chrisley clan will host a special broadcast of It's A Wonderful Life. Three days later, they will look back at never-before-seen footage from their secons season on A Very Chrisley Christmas.
