Canada-based operator Cogeco has appointed Luc Noiseux to the post of SVP and chief technology and strategy officer.
In that role, Noiseux will helm Cogeco’s development of emerging technology selection and deployment plans, and head up the operator’s corporate strategy and strategic planning process.
Noiseux joins Cogeco from Accedian Networks, where he headed up product development and the company’s chief of technology office. Prior to that, he held exec research and development roles at Alcatel-Lucent.
