Comcast Corp. said Ralph Silvan will move to director of its call center in Huntsville, Ala.
Silvan had been call-center manager in the MSO’s system in Knoxville, Tenn.
In Huntsville, he will report to Comcast Mid-South region area vice president Terry Kennedy and support five general managers in Alabama and Mississippi.
