Comcast Flip-Flops Tech Talent

Comcast Corp. will flip-flop its top technical minds after it firms up its
management roster post-merger with AT&T Broadband.

AT&T Broadband chief technology officer Dave Fellows will head east to
Philadelphia to become the merged MSO's new CTO, while Comcast CTO Brad Dusto
will head west to take over as president of the Mountain division, based in
Denver.

Fellows -- whose cable resume includes stints as CTO of MediaOne Group Inc.
and its predecessor, Continental Cablevision Inc. -- will be responsible for the
merged company's technical operations.

Dusto, meanwhile, will oversee the Mountain division, which includes Dallas;
Denver; Portland, Ore.; Salt Lake City; Seattle; Arizona; and New Mexico.

Executives reporting to him will include Charlotte Field, senior vice
president of network and technology; Cathy Kilstrom, the division's senior VP of
customer service; Rick Germano, VP of operations; and Fred Graffam, VP of
finance.

'It's a pleasure to name someone as experienced as Brad to this key
position,' said Steve Burke, who is tabbed to take over as the merged MSO's
president. 'We are also fortunate to draw upon the talents of AT&T Broadband
leaders such as Dave Fellows, Charlotte Field and Cathy Kilstrom.'

Additional executive appointments are on the horizon as the two able
companies prepare to close the deal, subject to federal regulators' approval.
That is expected by the end of the year.
