Comcast Names Steve White To Head Northern California Division

Steve White, a 24-year cable veteran, has been appointed to head Comcast's Northern California division.

He will replace Rick Germano, who took a position in the company's corporate office in Philadelphia. White will report directly to Brad Dusto, president of the company's West Division. He will oversee all aspects of Comcast’s video, high-speed Internet and telephone operations in both the San Francisco Bay Area and Central California, serving more than 2.45 million customers and managing about 7,500 employees.

White, who was previously senior regional vice president of Comcast's Mid-South region, began his new role on December 10 and is based in the company’s San Ramon, CA. office.
