The Tennis Channel continues to roll into new Comcast Corp. systems under the carriage contract it signed with the nation’s largest MSO in March.
Earlier this month, Tennis -- which celebrated its second anniversary May 15 -- launched on Comcast systems serving subscribers in Jacksonville, Fla.; Pittsburgh; Independence, Mo.; and Olathe, Kan.
A network spokesman said Tennis -- which is on pace to have 8 million-10 million subscribers by year’s end -- is slated to debut later this month on Comcast systems in Prince George County, Md.; Alexandria, Arlington and Denville, Va.; Fitchburg, Wis.; New Jersey; and Carlsbad, Calif., among others.
