Comcast Spotlight said it is integrating its sales and marketing teams and that Kellie Grutko will lead the corporate marketing team.
Reporting to Spotlight SVP/GM Hank Oster, Grutko's expanded responsibilities include determining the company's strategic marketing, branding, promotions, communications and corporate creative services operations strategies.
Her title is VP of marketing.
Grutko also works closely with marketing professionals from each of Comcast Spotlight's four operating divisions, as part of the company's focus on collaboration between its corporate and field teams. This unique corporate-field partnership helps to ensure a consistent implementation of its marketing initiatives and maximizes opportunities for two-way collaboration.
"Bringing together our sales and marketing functions helps us better communicate and inform our audiences--clients, programming partners and employees--about all that we offer and can do for them," Oster said in a release.
