The nation’s largest MSO is "women-friendly," according to the Annenberg Public Policy Center.
An Annenberg report released this week cited Comcast Corp. as one of the top communications companies in the nation as far as offering "women-friendly" human resources policies.
Rankings were based on the availability of specific benefits of particular concern to women. Calculated on a percentage basis, Comcast received a score of 89, tops for all companies.
"As a company with a long and proud family history, we're very pleased that the Annenberg center has recognized Comcast's efforts to meet the diverse needs of our employees, including working women and families," Comcast vice president of human resources and Comcast Cable Communications Inc. executive VP of HR Nancy Reardon said in a prepared statement.
