Africa Channel Sets Fall Lineup

The Africa Channel this month will launch a South African-based series a day after the show airs live on the African content, one of several new series set to debut through the rest of the year.

The lifestyle programming-themed daily series,Expresso, will feature a unique perspective on topics from fashion to food and travel to technology, said network officials.

Other new original series premiering on TAC this fall  include Care for Color, a series that centers on self-love, self-care and self-knowledge through the lens of the African diaspora; Diaries, which profiles business, people and places in Africa; and Emerging, an up-close view of how African countries are on the economic rise and making a global impact, said network officials.

TAC in October will present Congo Week, a special programming stunt featuring a variety of Congolese movies and special programming.
