Court TV’s Masterminds to Syndication

New Line Television said it will distribute Court TV’s Masterminds via syndication starting next fall.

Each episode of Masterminds features two true stories taken directly from law-enforcement case files, and New Line said the 26 hour-long episodes combine the suspense of a "whodunit" with the thrill of a "how-dunit.”

“While the stories we tell in Masterminds may seem incredible, they really did happen,” Court TV president and chief operating officer Art Bell said in a prepared statement. “It’s the ‘truth is stranger than fiction’ element that grabs viewers’ attention and makes it one of Court TV’s most popular original programs.”
