Cox Communications will begin rolling out Oxygen on Demand in select markets Dec. 1.
The MSO’s Cox Digital Cable subscribers will have access to 15 hours of linear, Air Karaoke and Oh!Baby branded content.
Oxygen said its video-on-demand service Demand is now available in more than 15 million homes.
“With the trend of making content available on multiple platforms, VOD is increasingly becoming a necessary outlet to strategically showcase our content to a broader audience,” Oxygen executive vice president of affiliate sales Mary Murano said in a prepared statement. “We know Oxygen on Demand will help to drive sampling and usage of VOD for Cox digital customers, especially among our audience of younger women.”
