Cox Sees Revenue Rising

Cox Communications Inc. Thursday announced its financial guidance for fiscal-year

The company expects to report 2003 total revenue growth and operating-cash-flow growth of 14 percent to 15 percent over 2002.

This projection calls for 2003 revenue of $4.63 billion to $4.67 billion.

In a press release Thursday, Cox said it continues to expect 2003 capital
expenditures of about $1.6 billion.

"We anticipate continued high consumer demand for our existing portfolio of
broadband products, as well as for new services," such as home networking, chief
financial officer Jimmy Hayes said in a prepared statement.
