Cox Communications Inc. said Monday that more than 1 million customers subscribe to its “triple-play” bundle of voice, video and Internet services.
The MSO added that more than 3 million of its 6.7 million subscribers are taking more than one Cox service.
“In today's marketplace, every telecommunications provider is trying to cobble together a bundled offering of services,” Cox CEO Jim Robbins said in a prepared statement. “But at Cox, we've had eight years of experience perfecting a bundle that others have just begun to tackle.”
He continued, “The payoff of our expertise is clearly evident in our impressive customer numbers and overall customer satisfaction. Those levels of success are earned over years of delivering for consumers. They don't, and can't, happen overnight.”
