CSG Systems Inc. extended its customer-care and billing-support agreement with Bright House Networks, the vendor announced Tuesday.
The deal covers the MSO’s divisions in Tampa, Fla., and Livonia, Mich.
CSG will continue to deliver its outsourced customer-care and billing platform -- as well as other services, including the “CSG Care Express” and “CSG Workforce Express” solutions -- to support 1.1 million subscribers across the two properties.
Bright House will also continue to leverage several CSG solutions that are preintegrated with billing, including collections, customer-interaction tracking and other tools.
“Bright House Networks places the highest priority on our ability to serve our customers with differentiated offerings and customer service," vice president of finance Richard Rose said in a prepared statement.
“We believe that leveraging a single billing platform and preintegrated solutions to support our customers is an important way to deliver on those goals and do so efficiently and cost-effectively,” he added.
