Liberty Cablevision of Puerto Rico extended its pact with CSG Systems International.
The vendor will continue to provide customer-care and billing support to the operator’s video and high-speed-data subscribers for the next five years via its Advanced Convergent Platform system, along with other complementary products and services, including CSG Vantage reporting, video-on-demand support, Customer Interaction Tracking and Enhanced Statement Presentation services.
Liberty Cablevision of Puerto Rico is a wholly owned subsidiary of Liberty Global.
