CSG Systems International Inc. is celebrating its 10-year anniversary Monday.
Ten years ago this month, CSG completed its leveraged buyout from First Data Corp. and spun out as a separate company initially dedicated to serving the broadband and direct-broadcast satellite markets in North America with an outsourced billing and customer-care platform.
“In its 10-year history, CSG has achieved many significant milestones that built the company into one of the leading providers of billing and customer-care solutions in the world," chairman and CEO Neal Hansen said in a prepared statement.
"I am proud of CSG's legacy of success, commitment and growth over the past 10 years and look to the future with optimism,” he added.
