CSR Adds New Features

CSR Inc. said it is offering customers a remote call-monitoring platform that digitally records interactions between customers and customer-service representatives.

CSR said calls can be recorded from 800 numbers, multiple call centers, specialty groups like sales and retention groups and specific CSR extensions. MSOs can find the calls on CSR's secure Web site.

The vendor added that the recorded calls are stored as .WAV files and can be reviewed on any computer with standard audio-playback software.
