CTAM Honors 13Members

CTAM plans to
honor with Rainmaker and TAMI awards 13 of the cable marketing association's members,
for extraordinary service to the organization and the cable industry.

These
individuals will be honored during the CTAM Summit in Denver on Oct. 27.

The Rainmaker
Award is given to members who play an essential role in helping the cable
business grow through participation in CTAM's corporate initiatives. The 2009
recipients are:

Kristine
Faulkner (pictured, left), VP, Product Development & Management, Cox Business - For her
co-leadership of the 2009 Business Services Council, which has resulted in the
effective alignment of B2B product development and marketing.

Denisse
Goldbarg, Vice President, Marketing & Training, Time Warner Cable - For her
co-leadership of the 2009 Business Services Council, and her ongoing commitment
to expanding industry focus on excellence in B2B marketing practices.

Connie
Pettit, SVP Sales Americas, OpenTV - For multi-year co-leadership of the
Advanced Advertising Workflow committee of the Advanced Cable Solutions
Consortium, with the goal of identifying and reducing the timeline of the On
Demand advertising and metrics reporting processes.

Pugliese, SVP, Product Marketing, Cox Communications - For leading the
Broadcast Digital Transition Council and particularly for managing the
cooperation of 26 networks to produce customized consumer education spots for
the MSOs.

Steve
Stiger, Vice President, Corporate Marketing, Bright House Networks - For
thinking expansively on enhancements to the Cable Mover Hotline initiative,
especially by leading the call center trial and performance-based billing
projects.

Thomas, Marketing Manager/New Products, Charter Communications - For multi-year
leadership of Cable Mover Hotline co-operative marketing initiatives,
supporting the ongoing growth and remarkable success of the program.

Young, Director, Network Sales & Management, TVN Entertainment - For
multi-year co-leadership of the Advanced Advertising Workflow committee of the
Advanced Cable Solutions Consortium, with the goal of identifying and reducing
the timeline of the VOD advertising and metrics reporting processes.

The TAMI Award
recognizes exceptional volunteer service and creativity in leading projects
that benefit individual CTAM members. The 2009 recipients are:

Dorson, Senior VP, Creative Services, Hallmark Channels - For multi-year leadership
of the Network Consumer Marketing Council, building a vibrant community of
marketers, creatives and agencies to share experiences and learning.

Fahey Rush, Executive Vice President, Strategic Insights and Research, MTV
Networks - For co-chairing the highly successful 2009 Research Conference in
Washington, D.C., as well as for her integral role on the CTAM Research
Committee.

Gregg
Graff, SVP, Field Operations, Insight Communications - For seven years of
co-leadership of the Chapters Council, providing his clear understanding of the
needs of Chapter members and serving as a trusted advisor.

Katie
Lacey, SVP Marketing, ESPN - For co-chairing the very successful 2008 CTAM
Summit in Boston, particularly for her help in delivering exciting new content
in the areas of branding and consumer marketing.

Samuels (left), EVP, Content Distribution, Fuse and MSG Media, Fuse - For seven years
of co-leadership of the Chapters Council, offering his expansive thinking - and
often his humor -- to continuously raise the standards of Chapter programs.

Stipp, SVP Strategic Insights and Innovation, NBC Universal Global Networks -
For co-chairing the 2009 Research Conference and for his involvement with the
Research Committee, guiding innovative research such as the recent Television,
Online, Mobile: A Deeper Dive into the Three Screen Experience.
