The Cable & Telecommunications Association for Marketing announced
Wednesday that it is seeking entries for its 'Customer Retention Case Study
Co-sponsors of the competition include Cable News Network and Multichannel
The contest is open to cable operators, distributors and programmers that can
document successful customer-retention efforts.
Results will be shared with other CTAM members online and at the annual CTAM
Summit, held this year in Boston July 14 through 17.
Entries are due to CTAM on CD-ROM or computer disks by Friday, May 10. Entry
forms are available at www.ctam.com.
In recent years, subscriber retention has been a challenge for MSOs, both for
their analog basic and advanced digital packages.
