In Demand to Distribute Gravity Games

Continuing its quest to deliver high-profile sports-oriented franchises to
pay-per-view, In Demand L.L.C. will distribute a four-day package of The Gravity
Games extreme-sports contests via PPV -- two months prior to broadcast network
NBC's coverage.

In Demand will air three live hours of Gravity Games action each night Aug. 1
through 4 on a PPV basis, senior vice president of programming and development
Dan York said. The network will sublicense the package to other PPV distributors
such as DirecTV Inc., EchoStar Communications Corp. and TVN Entertainment
Corp.

The package will retail at a suggested price of $14.95 per day or $29.95 for
all four days.

NBC -- which owns a portion of the four-year-old Gravity Games franchise --
will air taped segments from the games as part of a seven-week series beginning
Oct. 6.

The Gravity Games PPV package comes on the heels of In Demand's launch last
month of a multichannel, interactive National Association for Stock Car Auto
Racing PPV package that allows viewers to view weekly races from several camera
angles.

'The Gravity Games: Live and Uncut will feature the most daring
athletes in the world during four nights of nonstop action that sports fans will
not want to miss,' York said. 'This is another step toward building new
franchises for the PPV industry.'
