DirecTV Bows Interactive Music Choice

The product, which Multichannel News first reported Oct. 29, allows
subscribers to buy compact discs from artists playing on 12 digital Music Choice
audio channels.

The commerce application is powered by Wink Communications Inc.'s
software.

Music Choice, DirecTV and Wink will share revenue generated by the service, a
source said.

Several cable operators are expected to launch the interactive Music Choice
service by early next year.
