DirecTV Extends Partnership with ClientLogic


DirecTV signed a multiyear contract extension with ClientLogic, which has been providing customer-service and technical-support outsourcing for the nation’s largest direct-broadcast satellite operator since 2004.

“Through innovative management practices, training programs and business strategies, ClientLogic has become an engrained part of DirecTV's success, and we are proud to work with a company that shares our commitment to customer-service excellence,” said Julie Casteel, chief global sales and marketing officer at ClientLogic, in a prepared statement.

ClientLogic's global footprint spans 49 facilities in 13 countries throughout North America, Europe, Africa, Central America and Asia. Among its clients are Sony, British Telecom, Neuf Telecom and United Online (Juno/NetZero).
