Dish Brings Local Signals to Fargo

EchoStar Communications Corp.’s Dish Network Wednesday began offering local channels via satellite in Fargo, N.D.

The addition of the Fargo area boosts EchoStar’s list of markets where it offers local-channel service to 117.

Fargo-area Dish customers can now receive CBS channel 4 (KXJB), Fox channel 15 (KVRR), NBC channel 3 (KVLY) and PBS channel 13 (KFME).

A total of 35 North Dakota counties are included in the Fargo area.
