Dish Gives Fuel To Action Sports Service

Dish Network is now fueling Fox Cable's action-sports service.

The No. 2 DBS operator has launched Fuel TV as part of its Classic Gold 250 programming package. Dedicated to covering events, lifestyle and culture of action sports, including skateboarding, snowboarding, surfing, BMX, freestyle motocross and wakeboarding, Fuel now can be found on Channel 155.
With the rollout, Fuel is now available in nearly 30 million homes nationwide, according to Fox Cable Networks officials.
"Fuel TV strengthens the wide variety of programming Dish Network already offers," said Dave Shull, senior vice president of programming for Dish in a statement. "We're providing even more value for our subscribers by expanding our lineup with great original content."
