Disney Channel is bringing the Jonas comedy series back for a second run next year.
Production on the sophomore campaign is set to begin in February, with the season to debut in the middle of 2010.
Moreover, the network has extended the Jonas Brothers short-form reality skein Jonas Brothers: Living the Dream. The series, already in production, will bow early in 2010 on the network, DisneyChannel.com, video-on-demand and mobile platforms.
The musical trio will also appear in the second installment of Disney Channel original movieCamp Rock 2: The Final Jam next summer.
In its primary Sunday 8:30 p.m. timeslot, Jonas, which has not measured up to other top Disney Channel series, nevertheless has been the top show among kids 6 to 11 and tweens 9 to 14, and cable's best in total viewers with 3.4 million viewers on average, according to network officials.
