Dunn Done with Nortel Board

Former CEO Frank Andrew Dunn has resigned from the board of directors of Nortel Networks Corp.

Dunn also resigned from the board of the company's principal operating subsidiary, Nortel Networks Ltd.

A Securities and Exchange Commission filing didn't specify a reason for Dunn's resignation.

Earlier this month, a federal grand jury subpoenaed Nortel for several documents following the company’s announcement in late April that it fired Dunn, chief financial officer Douglas Beatty and controller Michael Gollogly and said it would delay its first-quarter earnings report, review the past three years’ financial results and restate its 2003 earnings.
