E! Networks announced a new corporate structure Thursday.
The programmer said the new structure will establish a dedicated senior management team for each of its networks -- E! Entertainment Television and Style.
Among executive changes:
• Salaam Coleman Smith has been elevated to senior vice president at Style. She had been E! Networks’ senior VP of programming. She will oversee Style’s program development, current-series programming, program scheduling and acquisitions.
• E! senior VP of programming development Lisa Berger will expand her role to include all series programming -- her existing E! development responsibilities,as well as current series and specials previously handled by Coleman Smith.
• Cyndi McClellan has been promoted tosenior VP, research and program strategy for E!. She will be responsible for all research for both E! and Style, as well as short- and long-term strategic planning, and she will expand her role to oversee Coleman Smith's previous acquisitions and scheduling responsibilities for E!.
“E! Networks is rapidly expanding in all areas, and we have designed a new structure that better serves both networks and establishes a dedicated senior-management team for Style, one of the most exciting and dynamic channels on television today,” E! Networks CEO Ted Harbert said in a prepared statement.
“I'm delighted to recognize these three outstanding executives for their efforts and the integral parts they have played in taking E! Networks to new levels of growth and success,” Harbert added.
