Los Angeles -- In a restructuring, E! Entertainment
Television Networks is promoting Dave Cassaro and Mark Feldman to the newly created
positions of executive vice president, effective Jan. 1
Cassaro has been serving as senior vice president of
advertising sales, while Feldman was senior vice president of business and legal affairs
and general counsel.
Under a new management structure being created by E!'s
acting president Fran Shea, various departments that previously reported to Shea will
report to either Cassaro or Feldman. Both Cassaro and Feldman will report directly to
Under the new structure, all the sales forces for E! and
Style will report to Cassaro: domestic ad sales; international ad sales; and affiliate
relations. Debra Green, senior vice president of affiliate relations, will be reporting to
Cassaro, as will senior vice president of international development Christopher Fager.
All the networks' core business operations will report
to Feldman, including finance, business and legal affairs. Senior vice president and chief
operating officer William Keenan and Jeremy Verba, president of E! Online, will report to
Dale Hopkins, senior vice president of marketing, will
report directly to Shea.
