After more than two months of telecasting preliminary rounds of the World Series of Poker’s Main Event, ESPN will air same-day coverage of the $9.1 million final table on Tuesday, Nov. 11.
The 2008 World Series of Poker telecast will kick off at 8 p.m. ET with a one-hour preview special followed by two hours of final-table action from the Penn and Teller Theater at the Rio All-Suite Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.
Nine players from four different countries remain in poker’s signature event, outlasting more than 6,800 players vying for the $9.1 million first-place prize.
Norman Chad and Lon McEachern will co-host and commentate throughout the telecast.
