ESPN Deportes, ImpreMedia Ink Partnership

ESPN Deportes has signed a multiplatform content and
cross-promotion alliance with ImpreMedia, one of the nation's largest Hispanic
media conglomerates.

The one-year agreement, terms of which were not disclosed,
will help ESPN Deportes reach a group of consumers that the network might not
be reaching on cable.

Among other properties, ImpreMedia owns Diario La Prensa and La
Opinion
, the largest Spanish-language newspapers in New York and Los
Angeles, respectively.

Through the agreement, ESPN will provide branded sports
content across ImpreMedia's properties, while several print and online
properties owned by ImpreMedia will be featured on ESPN Deportes.

In addition, both media companies will collaborate on
consumer promotions available through the print, online, mobile and social
media platforms of both.

The deal will put insight, commentary and news from some of
ImpreMedia's sportswriters and editors on several ESPN Deportes properties,
including Juego Cruzado, Jorge Ramos y su banda and NacionESPN.

Also, in an unusual departure from sports-only content,
ESPNDeportes.com will feature a general news section provided and branded by
ImpreMedia.

The partnership has not been officially announced, and some
of the details are still being worked out, according to the companies.
Different phases of the effort will roll out in the next week or so.
