ESPN To Profile Ferguson H.S. Football Team

ESPN’s E:60 news magazine series will profile the Ferguson, Mo. High School football team one month after the shooting death of Michael Brown.

The episode, which will air Sept. 9, will focus on the efforts of the McCluer South-Berkeley Bulldogs football team  to focus on the upcoming season amid the recent events in the city surrounding Aug. 9 shooting of the18-year-old Brown.

The show will focus on how the team has endured despite living in a community engulfed by racial tensions, protests and looting over the past month.   

E:60 reporter Jeffri Chadiha reports on the journey of the Bulldogs as they return to Ferguson to play their first home game of the season, said network executives.
