More than 2.1 million viewers tuned in to ESPN's Nov. 10 same-day coverage of the World Series of Poker, the network said Thursday.
The Las Vegas-based tournament, presented by Jack Link's Beef Jerky, earned a 1.8 household coverage rating and an average of 1.8 million households. That was down from the 1.9 rating earned for the 2008 finale. The tournament was won by 21year-old Joe Cada of Michigan, the youngest youngest Poker champion ever.
Overall, ESPN's 15-week, 31 telecast World Series of Poker coverage averaged a 1.0 rating, flat from last year's perfomance.
