Time Warner Cable has promoted James D. Fellhauer to the newly created position of executive vice president and chief customer care officer.
Fellhauer had been executive VP for operations.
In his new role, he will “assume responsibility for working with our regional operating management as we drive toward a customer-care-oriented culture,” chief operating officer Landel Hobbs said in a prepared statement. “Customer care is integral to everything we do in this business and should inform all of the many business decisions we make daily.”
Fellhauer has been with the MSO for more than 25 years.
